Job Description

 Insightsoftware provides the office of the CFO with fast and accurate financial planning, consolidation and reporting solutions. The Channel Account Manager, Certent Disclosure Management (CDM), will report directly to the Vice President, EMEA Indirect. This Channel Management role will be responsible for achieving a bookings target through existing network of CDM partners across EMEA and will also identify, recruit and manage new partners where appropriate.

 What will you do?

  • Achieve channel sales bookings goals with a clear plan to overachieve on annual targets
  • Build EMEA partner business plans with clear goals, objectives, and metrics
  • Manage the existing partner network with efficiency, clarity and purpose 
  • Expand the partner network where appropriate by identifying and signing up strategic Value-Added Resellers (VAR’s) , Systems Integrators and Service Partners.
  • Manage partner enablement for solutions, skills, marketing, and go-to-market programs as part of the onboarding of new partners and continual enablement of existing partners
  • Establish and promote regular communication cadence with internal stakeholder constituents and build trusted relationships internally with the goal of contributing to future product and business roadmaps

How will you do it?

  • Results-oriented mindset, must be able to demonstrate a track record of success in Channel Management, Partner recruitment, exceeding quotas, and maximizing revenue
  • Engaging Presence – Use your interpersonal skills to effectively engage with partners, getting them excited to speak with you and learn more about how our CDM solution can help expand the partner service revenue stream
  • Drive & Grit – Operate in a fast-paced environment with a focus and determination to achieve high-quality results
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced global organisation across different business functions and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Partner Channels or Business Development, working with industry-leading partners
  • Experience in a partner facing role
  • Experience across multiple partner routes to market including independent software vendors (ISV's), resellers and Systems Integrators
  • Relationship-focused with a solid executive presence and proven ability to build credibility with partner and internal stakeholders
  • A seasoned professional who thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment and is willing to contribute to business planning and execution beyond the job role
  • Good planning and analytical skills; proven ability to apply these skills to complex situations with competing priorities
  • Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet expectations
  • Highly collaborative work style with proven ability to gather consensus and take decisive and timely action
  • The ideal candidate will have work experience and/or network within the regulatory reporting and compliance space 
  • BA/BSc or equivalent
