As EMEA CFO Business Manager, you have a unique opportunity to join our dynamic EMEA CFO Business Management team, where you'll help drive key priorities and agendas. You'll oversee and support the execution of key internal deliverables, such as presentations for Board meetings, Management Committees, and Strategy Day, as well as prepare for external engagements like regulatory interactions and public speaking events. Key responsibilities
- Lead cross-regional workstreams on strategic Finance topics, federating regional views, and creating adequate books of work to support the EMEA CFO's priorities
- Build strong cross functional relationships to drive effective collaboration on organisational wide priorities
- Be responsible for the planning and preparation of periodic and ad hoc business presentations/reviews for executive level management and external regulators
- Help communicate the regional department's business strategy, performance and priorities
- Proactively and on request provide strategic analysis and reporting
Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Director with significant experience in either Business Management, Strategy, or Consulting
- Effective communicator, influencer and relationship builder with ability to partner effectively across multiple businesses and functions regarding strategic planning, alignment and coordination
- Proven track record in the execution/ implementation of project deliverables
- Ability to master complex detail and to translate into well communicated and clearly defined actions, updates and executive presentations
- Thoughtful analytical skills; able to develop ideas, clearly present and draw conclusions; excellent attention to detail
- Ask incisive questions, maintain a pro-active and problem solving mindset with ability to identify, clearly present and implement well defined solutions
- Strong organisational and time management skills; extremely versatile; ability to prioritise requests; comfortable managing the demands of multiple deliverables running at the same time
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and effective under pressure
- 'Big picture understanding' of the firm's activities in EMEA, transaction lifecycle, the role of front office, support and control functions
