·       Participate in project wash‑ups and feedback sessions to help improve design ways of working.

Regional Engagement (15%)

·       Build effective working relationships with designers and stakeholders across EMEA.

·       Support confidence in Capital Markets design services by listening to feedback and helping address recurring issues.

·       Provide input, when requested, into recruitment discussions to help ensure future hires align with regional design needs.

Key Success Factors

·       Consistent delivery of professional, design outputs aligned with JLL brand standards.

·       Practical design guidance that supports high‑quality, efficient delivery.

·       Constructive use of feedback and insight to support continuous improvement.
