Job DescriptionThe Role
XP Power is a global leader in power supply solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented, data-led, and technically savvy B2B Email & Social Media Marketing Executive to join our friendly, approachable, and successful digital marketing team.
This is a hands-on execution role in which email marketing is your primary driver of audience engagement. You won’t be writing all content from scratch; our specialists will provide approved technical copy. Your job is to use your marketer’s eye and channel know-how to adapt, edit, and optimise that content so it performs for each channel.
Supported by the wider marketing team, you will play a key part in our transition to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, taking ownership of the day-to-day building, automation, and deployment of impactful emails to our global audience of electrical engineers. You will also manage our social media presence (primarily LinkedIn) using Sprout Social.
Key Responsibilities
-Email Build & Deployment: Use Pardot/Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build, segment, and schedule global email campaigns. You will own the execution process to ensure content reaches the right audience at the right time.
-Social Media Execution: Create, schedule, and publish content across social channels via Sprout Social to ensure a consistent flow of brand awareness that supports our wider marketing activity.
-Content Optimisation: Using a mix of editing and writing, take approved technical copy and suggest high-impact changes to subject lines, CTAs, and messaging hooks. Ensure the final output is attention-grabbing, conversational, and optimised for the channel.
-Quality Control: Deliver assets ready for final sign-off with no typos, working links, meaningful copy, and consistent formatting, design, and brand across all platforms.
-Reporting & Testing: Run A/B tests on formats, design styles, and messaging. Bring together the data that explains the “what, why, and how” behind success and engagement levels.
Experience & Skills
-B2B Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B email and social. media marketing with a heavy emphasis on email execution.
-Email Automation Tech: Experience with Pardot, Mailchimp, or similar email automation platforms. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus, though training is provided.
-Social Media Awareness: Experience managing professional social channels (primarily LinkedIn) to maintain brand presence and visibility. (Note: This is a smaller, supporting part of the role compared to email).
-Data-Focused: Comfortable looking beyond just the numbers to explain real-world engagement. You can show the true value of email and social tactics by identifying key lessons learned to improve future performance.
-Organised: Able to manage a busy global calendar, stick to approval processes, and remain agile as priorities shift.

Additional Information
