Email Marketing Executive

About the role

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Executive to join the Redpin Growth team and help take our CRM strategy to the next level.

The successful applicant will work with our Marketing Automations Manager and the wider Growth Marketing team to help support on the launch of exciting new initiatives and strategic partnership opportunities.

We’re looking for someone with the skills, experience and the drive to grow within their role and help us with our mission to simplify life’s most important payments and become the leader in global property transactions.

What you'll do

- Building email segmentation lists, engagements and automations to support client and partner acquisition, conversion and retention

- Editing and creating email templates

- Creating innovative, engaging email marketing campaigns to engage our core customer segments and drive measurable results

- Reporting on the success of email marketing activities and taking ownership of driving change to optimise activities

- Documenting email marketing objectives and results in a presentable format for sharing with senior stakeholders

- Working with stakeholders from across the business to enhance our international email marketing strategy

What you'll need

- Minimum 1 year's previous experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Account Engagement, Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp etc.)

- Experience within financial services desirable, but not essential

- Relevant degree level qualification

- Exceptional organisation and communication

- Ability to manage a diverse workload

- Confidence when working with stakeholders

- Excellent presentation skills

- Proficiency with Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint

- Ability to document flows with draw.io, Viso or similar
