EIC Hospitality Intern

Job Description Summary

Are you passionate about hospitality real estate and eager to be exposed to a variety of hotel service lines and European markets? Join our EMEA Hospitality team as an intern and gain hands-on experience in one of the most dynamic sectors of commercial real estate. You’ll work alongside seasoned professionals on a variety of projects including high-profile hotel transactions, hotel development and operator selection, hotel asset management and strategic advisory. You’ll work closely with the Head of Hospitality EMEA and the central EMEA Hospitality team based in London and Prague, as well as have engagement with Hospitality teams across Europe.

Job Description

This internship will start in August/September 2026 and will last for a minimum of 6 months

Main tasks
As a member of the Central EMEA Hospitality team, your responsibilities will include:
•Conducting market research (market analysis, competitive analysis, supply/demand analysis).
•Supporting the preparation of presentation materials for client pitches, investor information memoranda and other transaction-related marketing documents, as well as internal strategy documents.
•Analysing financial statements, hotel operating performance and industry data.
•Helping coordinate marketing and PR efforts to enhance the hospitality team's visibility (e.g., through LinkedIn, HospitalityNet, and relevant publications).
•Attending client and investor meetings and supporting prospective buyers/operators with information and project-related answers.

•Provide support and coordinate with various admin tasks.

Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

•Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Hospitality, Real Estate or Finance.
•Solid understanding of the hospitality industry (market dynamics, major brands, hotel operating structures, hotel KPIs and P&L statements).
•Understanding of real estate fundamentals (underwriting methodology and disposal milestones).
•Advanced computer skills, with strong proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint.
•Strong writing and communication skills.
•Detail-oriented, with a meticulous and organised approach to managing tasks.
•Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
•Fluency in English: both written and oral communication.
•Current and valid permit to work in the United Kingdom (UK nationality or valid work permit).
