The type of contract is a full-time labour agreement, not a B2B contract.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define the strategic vision for the academic curriculum and pedagogical approach; develop pedagogical concepts for new product versions.
- Collaborate with and seek new subject matter experts (SMEs); coordinate communication between SMEs and the development team.

Develop strategies to enhance content quality, maintain timelines and facilitate quick decision-making.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the pedagogical and product teams with clear, inspirational communication.
- Manage the translation of pedagogical content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Create and organise instructional materials and guides for teachers and parents.
- Participate in market research and collaborate with the product management team to drive innovation and improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 7+ years of professional experience in K-12 education, online education, learning sciences, leadership training, or academic management
- In-depth knowledge of the K-12 sector in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) or at least one country within this region, including state and federal standards and policies
- Full working proficiency in both English and German
- Expertise working in SEN is a big advantage
- Passion for developing educational products for young children, with attention to achieving high-quality standards
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, and a strong desire to learn and adapt quickly
