Working across all APL Media titles and events, the editorial intern will support the editorial teams with a range of admin and editorial tasks. 
This six-week paid role is designed to attract young talent and offer recent graduates or final university year students a chance to grow and develop within the industry. We aim to equip our interns with the skills and knowledge necessary to kick-start their careers and offer hands-on experience, mentorship and exposure to a variety of print and digital aspects of magazine publishing. 
Key attention should be given to upholding the editorial standards of APL Media, completing tasks timely, contributing to all editorial channels and seeking out opportunities beyond the listed responsibilities.  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Uploading content to CMS
  • Assisting with newsletter creation
  • Assisting with basic social media scheduling
  • Completing writing tasks across APL titles, when required
  • Editorial research, when required
  • Picture research, when required
  • Assisting with various admin tasks across APL titles
  • Pitching ideas, when required
  • Content creation, when required

Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience in an internship/entry-level role.
  • Previous writing experience.
