Reuters is looking for an Editorial Insights Specialist to join our office in London. The Editorial Insights Specialist is responsible for delivering data-driven solutions to enhance editorial analytics and content performance while understanding consumer behavior. This role requires hands-on experience with enterprise web analytics tools and a collaborative approach to translating business needs into actionable insights.

About the Role
As our Editorial Insights Specialist, you will:

  • be responsible for delivering data-driven solutions to enhance web analytics insights and marketing performance while understanding consumer behavior
  • support ongoing site experience enhancements by collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable insights
  • proactively identify new opportunities and analytics applications to recommend practical insights from site experience data
  • build, enhance and maintain ongoing reporting to monitor business trends
  • collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate insights into the planning process

About You
To be our Editorial Insights Specialist, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, strategy, statistics, decision science, or a relevant combination of education and experience
  • Experience in web analytics, digital marketing, and site optimization roles
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar web analytics tools and tag management tools
  • Strong understanding of digital media, performance marketing, and emerging channels for customer acquisition and retention
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and internal clients
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple work streams

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and Data Management Platforms (DMP) such as Segment, Tealium Audience Stream, and Adobe Audience Manager.
