About us:

Linklaters is a global law firm, with 31 offices in 21 countries worldwide.

Linklaters is a people business. Being best in class in the eyes of our clients means that our people must be exceptional.

We look not only for brilliant minds, but for people who will thrive in our environment: people who love working collaboratively and demonstrate the innovative, efficient, agile, entrepreneurial, and responsible mind-set we aim to bring to every interaction.

Ours is an environment of outperformance. We achieve this not with targets and incentives, but by fostering a positive, supportive, fair, and open atmosphere.

We respect and value difference but insist on inclusivity. We celebrate all aspects of diversity and challenge any form of bias. This is vital to our ability to work as one team, with a common goal.

The Role:

You’ll join the eDiscovery team as a valued member of a globally connected function that supports lawyers and practice groups in delivering exceptional client service. Working closely with colleagues across the UK, Europe, and the US, you’ll contribute to strategic initiatives and operational excellence in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee quality control across all service delivery, ensuring compliance with established processes.

  • Manage and supervise projects from initiation to completion, including resource planning and client communication.

  • Provide strategic and technical guidance on eDiscovery and review services, with expertise in Relativity platform implementation.

  • Ensure data security protocols are followed and commercial disciplines such as time recording and billing are maintained.

  • Act as a point of escalation for service issues and complaints, working with management to resolve concerns.

  • Lead and develop team members in line with firm needs, conducting performance reviews and fostering innovation.

  • Maintain accurate team and personal administration and contribute to internal know-how and global collaboration.

  • UK-based with global responsibilities, including availability during peak periods and fluctuating team headcount.

What we’re looking for:

  • Relativity Master certification is essential, along with strong technical proficiency in its administrative functions, security controls, and advanced analytics.

  • Proven experience managing and administering a Relativity instance within a legal or eDiscovery environment.

  • Considerable experience within eDiscovery, ideally with team leadership responsibilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex eDiscovery projects end-to-end, including use of TAR, GenAI, and Early Case Assessment tools.

  • A collaborative and adaptable approach, with willingness to support colleagues and clients outside standard hours when needed.

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high levels of client service.

What's on offer:

This role can be based in our London offices, with a hybrid working model available.

Joining Team Linklaters will see you qualify for a range of benefits designed to reward the vital contribution you'll be making to our success. These include:
