You are looking for challenges, international experience and new opportunities across the globe? Join our 24 months’ program where you will have the opportunity to get 2 experiences of 12 months in 2 of our 45 countries!
Steps of the program:
Induction: 1 week in our HQ in Paris to meet and greet with the top management of the group, understand our global strategy and meet your mentor!
Immersion: 2 * 12 months in 2 different countries in corporate or operational functions.
These periods of professional immersion are completed with regular interaction and individual follow-ups through mentoring, regular HR Group follow-up to accelerate your development within the Group during the program and beyond! You will also have a catch-up with an ExCom member and a mid-program seminar to gather all members of Edenstep’s nineth edition!
You will experience one job position per year (i.e. 2 job positions during the program) among the following fields:
- Product Owner
- Finance
- Marketing
- Strategy
- Business development
- Project Management
