Reporting to our Field CTO, Tom Clark
About us
At hyperexponential, our mission is to help the world take more risk - safely. Our SaaS platform, hx Renew, is transforming the insurance industry by enabling insurers to make better decisions, faster and more confidently than ever before.
In the seven years since our founding, we’ve become the market leader. We work with 40+ customers globally - including a third of the London Market - and we’re only just getting started.
It’s always the best time to join hyperexponential. But the best best time? That’s now.
The role
Through our Ecosystem initiative, we’re building the most connected platform in insurance—making it easy for customers to integrate with their existing systems and connect to the best tools and data in the market.
We’re hiring an Ecosystem Lead to deliver on this ambition. You’ll take ownership of our integration delivery pipeline: ensuring the right integrations are built, delivered efficiently, adopted by customers and ready to scale. You'll shape integration direction and scope, manage our external delivery partner (the “Integration Factory”), and align internal teams across technical and commercial domains.
This role is designed for someone with a technical product manager mindset—comfortable owning delivery without hands-on coding, and capable of turning integration needs into repeatable, scalable outcomes.
You’ll sit in our Field Engineering team—the technical core of our Revenue function—and report directly to our Field CTO (VP Field Engineering) as part of his leadership team.
In this role, you will:
-
Drive execution of high-value integrations in year one, managing delivery through our Integration Factory partner
-
Shape and implement scalable integration models, including our 'Backstage' and 'Integration Store' experiences
-
Translate integrations into GTM value by collaborating with Partnerships and Marketing to surface them in market-facing channels and co-sell motions
-
Own the technical delivery roadmap, ensuring integrations are aligned to customer needs and platform direction
-
Lay the foundations for long-term ecosystem growth, enabling a seamless, self-serve integration experience
You’ll collaborate with:
-
Our Integration Factory partner, who will build and deliver most integrations in year one
-
Sales, Customer, and Solutions teams, to ensure integration priorities reflect real customer demand
-
Our Director of Partnerships, who will lead on commercial relationships and strategic partner engagement
-
Marketing, to amplify the impact of integrations and position hx as the easiest platform to connect with, driving adoption
-
Product & Engineering, to reduce integration friction and enable scale through platform investments
We're at a critical inflection point - there’s enormous market interest in integrating with hx Renew, and a clear commercial need to do so quickly and well. You'll be the one making that happen: turning potential into opportunity, and opportunity into potential.
