Lead scaling of German/DACH brands on TikTok Shop, owning trading strategy, performance, client communication and commercial growth. Optimize conversion, AOV, promotions, product lifecycle and bundles using performance data to meet GMV targets while managing creator and client relationships.
Somerce is a TikTok Shop specialist agency focused on driving GMV growth for brands. We work with some of the fastest-growing beauty, fashion, lifestyle and FMCG brands across the UK, US and EU, managing everything from live commerce and affiliates to paid media and trading strategy.
This role is specifically focused on scaling German brands and the DACH market on TikTok Shop. You will act as the strategic lead for German clients, owning performance, communication and commercial growth end-to-end.
Fluent German (spoken and written) is essential for this role. You will be leading German client communication, creator relationships and trading strategy in-market.
Our wider client base includes: P.Louise, Unilever, Free Soul & L'Oréal.

- Proven experience in e-commerce trading, merchandising or online retail
- Strong understanding of:
- Conversion rate optimisation

- Strong communication skills with both internal teams and clients
