The role also requires hands-on involvement with SEO, Affiliate marketing, and product feed management to maximise efficiency and performance across our multi-brand portfolio.

Reporting into the Performance Marketing Manager, this is a broad and fast-paced role within a high-growth part of the business. Ideally the eCommerce Performance Marketing Executive would be data-driven, commercially minded, and proactive in identifying opportunities to drive growth and efficiency in our digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, optimise, and report on paid campaigns across Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube, PMax) and Meta.
  • Manage performance against channel, commercial, and brand objectives across multiple markets.
  • Deliver regular reporting with clear insights, actionable recommendations, and budget tracking.
  • Analyse and optimise campaigns to achieve and exceed KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CPA, conversion, etc.).
  • Support new product launches and brand campaigns, collaborating closely with the wider Marketing and E-Commerce teams.
  • Own and maintain the product feed management process (via Shopping IQ or similar), ensuring accurate and optimised integrations with Google Merchant Centre, Meta Commerce Manager, Affiliate networks, Personalisation tools, and Marketplace platforms.
  • Contribute to SEO activity and Affiliate programme performance, ensuring integration with broader channel plans.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with platform partners and external stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and unlock new opportunities.
  • Drive test-and-learn programmes (A/B testing, creative testing, bidding strategies) to continually improve performance.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends, applying learnings to campaign strategy.
  • Partner with creative, content, localisation and brand teams to ensure campaign assets are effective and delivered on time.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated and aligned campaigns.
  • Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and evolving responsibilities as the e-commerce business scales.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Strong understanding of product feed management, SEO fundamentals, and Affiliate marketing.
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable performance improvements against KPIs.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with key tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Merchant centre, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Looker Studio.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, curious, and adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams and functions.

Desired but not essential for the eCommerce Performance Marketing Executive

  • 2+ years’ experience in a performance marketing or paid media role.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience working within a multi-market or multi-brand e-commerce environment.
  • Interest or experience in the golf or wider sports industry.
  • Fluency in an additional European language (German, French, or Spanish) bonus.
