About the Job
As Ecommerce Experience Lead, you'll shape the site experience strategy across Europe, ensuring a seamless, customer-centric journey that strengthens brand affinity, increases revenue, and boosts lifetime customer value. This role is critical to shaping Levi's.com functionality and influencing global product development.
Main Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership
Develop and deliver an integrated, end-to-end customer experience strategy for Levi's.com.
Use insights and behavioural data to inform decision-making and future roadmaps.
Site Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Partner with global product teams to enhance site functionality and reduce friction.
Lead the AFP roadmap process to align enhancements with revenue and experience goals.
A/B Testing & Personalisation
Lead European A/B testing strategy and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Manage personalisation initiatives across all digital touchpoints.
Technical & Operational Oversight
Manage ticketing for site issues and ensure resolution.
Influence global product roadmap to reflect European needs.
About You:
7+ years of experience with a track record in developing e-commerce experience operations and strategy.
Experience with site functionality and technical product processes.
Strong grasp of commercial strategy, site merchandising, and trading.
Skilled at engaging with team members to establish clarity and alignment on context and expectations.
Track record of influencing global product teams and navigating cross-functional, matrix environments.
Specialised Knowledge / Technical Skills
Experience with A/B testing and personalisation tooling.
Excellent knowledge of e-commerce CMS and platforms, ideally including: Hybris, Salsify, ContentStack, Constructor.
Familiarity with additional tools such as GA/Looker, Jira, EQL, Optimizely, Saviynt.
SQL proficiency is advantageous.
Decision Making & Problem Solving
Analyse and draw conclusions from a broad set of data.
Experience working with data teams to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
Present projects clearly and act on feedback from diverse stakeholders.
Connect technical changes to consumer experience and revenue impact.
The expected starting salary range for this role is £64,500 - £86,000 per year. The amount an employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance, and our needs. Salary ranges may vary by location and currency. Where roles are advertised across multiple locations, local ranges will apply.
