We need someone who owns CRO analysis and strategy for 7+ e-commerce brands. Turn data into winning tests, build roadmaps that drive 10%+ revenue increases, and design landing pages that convert.
Tasks
One sentence: Be the analytical engine behind our client results.
* Own CRO analysis and strategy for 7+ e-commerce brands making $10M-$100M/year.
* Dive deep into data -- analyze funnels, heatmaps, session recordings, and customer feedback to uncover what is holding conversions back.
* Extract insights from customer reviews and feedback forms to build test hypotheses grounded in real user behavior.
* Build clear, prioritized test roadmaps and present your findings and recommendations to clients with confidence.
* Collaborate with project managers, designers, and developers to ensure tests are executed flawlessly.
What Success Looks Like

Ongoing - Long-term
You are the go-to CRO expert. Clients rely on your insights, and your test results consistently outperform benchmarks. You are constantly refining strategies and pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
Requirements
Who You Are - Experience and background don't matter as much as the following traits:
Data-Driven Thinker
You live in Google Analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings. You let data guide your decisions, not gut feelings.
Creative Problem Solver
You see patterns others miss. You turn insights into test hypotheses that actually move the needle.
Detail-Obsessed
You catch the small things. You notice when something is off in the data or design. Nothing slips through the cracks.
Results-Oriented
You care about one thing: driving measurable revenue increases. You are not satisfied with vanity metrics.
Fast Executor
You move quickly. You do not overthink. You ship tests, analyze results, and iterate fast.
Clear Communicator
You explain complex data in simple terms. Clients and team members always understand your recommendations.
AI-Comfortable
You use AI tools in your workflow and are curious about experimenting with new AI-powered approaches.
