About the role

The eCommerce Co-ordinator will focus on executing supporting business goals by analysing sales and inventory data, preparing reports, and aiding in forecasting. Key responsibilities include assisting with tracking performance against KPIs, identifying trends and providing financial insights to help make strategic decisions and ensure the right products are available to customers. The role requires strong analytical skills, good communication, and proficiency in excel. 

As a eCommerce Coordinator 12 month FTC you will

Trading & Commercial Support

  • Assist in compiling weekly and monthly performance reports; highlighting key trends for review
  • Support the tracking and impact reporting of OOS items and product availability, cascading this clearly and consistently to all key colleagues where it affects our plans and communications
  • Maintain and update evergreen and ad hoc reports with accuracy and timeliness
  • Help gather insights from customer feedback and returns to support optimisation efforts
  • Own staff gifting assortment and logistics in partnership with the People Team
  • Execute the implementation of price changes across platforms, ensuring deadlines are met and support the scoping of a more efficient way to scale this process
  • As needed - support with NPD merchandising updates (or similar) or QA
  • As required support in trouble shooting across the Digital Team as it pertains to stock availability and cover (inc customer care)

Operational Excellence

  • Establish global working relationships with supply chain to track product availability and deliver timelines
  • Execute stock updates and provide details of the process to aid scoping of an automated solution. With a keen eye share any anomalies or surprises for escalating, challenging where stock has moved to and solutions to retain
  • Help align trading calendars with order forecasts and shipping schedules, updating the website with any delays or changes to SLA
  • Act as a critical partner for major eventing co-ordinating stock requirements and re-dress globally ensuring we are optimised in our assortment and availability
  • Coordinate the receipt of ancillary items (e.g., gift wrap, samples) into the correct warehouses keeping trade and product updated
  • Maintain Subscription SKU tracking
  • Own tracking loyalty stock levels ensuring we do not go out of stock
  • Stay informed of legal updates and assist in implementing compliance changes across the site
  • Collaborate with product and content teams to support major eventing and new product development (NPD) tracking
  • Communicate peak cutoffs, SLA planning, and shipping optimisations/changes to broader team
