This is a high-impact, hands-on role with full P&L ownership and responsibility for defining and executing strategy. You will be directly responsible for driving performance and shaping the future of SC Johnson’s Pure Play eCommerce presence in the UK. This is not a people leadership role — it is designed for someone who thrives on execution, analysis, action, and personal ownership.

  • Flexible starting and finishing times + 4.5 day working week

  • Pension, Life cover & Health Insurance

  • Shuttle bus service from local train stations, EV Charging Points + Cycle to work Scheme

Responsibilities:

Amazon UK:

- Manage and grow the Amazon UK business with full accountability for sales, profitability, and market share.

- Oversee and execute performance marketing activity across Amazon Ads Console, DSP, and Search, optimising ROAS and conversion.

- Deliver digital shelf excellence and customer experience improvements using tools such as Profitero and ABVP.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

- Define and execute strategic plans to deliver growth targets across Pure Play channels.

- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Trade, Media, and Commercial teams to align brand and channel objectives.

- Manage the agency relationship for AMS + DSP Amazon activations.

Innovation & Test & Learn:

- Drive a digital-first mindset by developing and executing a robust Test & Learn roadmap to support innovation and global learning.

- Identify new routes to market and emerging Pure Play opportunities, bringing forward actionable recommendations.

Collaboration & Influence:

- Act as an eCommerce subject-matter expert within the UK business, influencing internal stakeholders and advocating for digital best practices.

- Represent the UK in relevant regional and global eCommerce projects and conversations (no team leadership responsibilities).

Experience You’ll Bring:

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or similar.

- 4+ years of eCommerce experience.

- 2+ years of direct P&L account management, ideally with Amazon.

- Demonstrated success in managing Pure Play eCommerce strategies across multiple retailers.

- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering against revenue and profit goals.

- FMCG/CPG experience preferred.

- Fluent in English.

Behaviours You’ll Need:

- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Strong analytical mindset with curiosity and a drive to deeply understand problems and opportunities.

- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box in a fast-paced, varied eCommerce environment.

- Proactivity and personal accountability — someone who takes ownership, makes informed decisions, and drives workstreams independently.
