We have been named as one of The Times’ Top 50 Employers for Women, recognised by Stonewall as a top employer for LGBTQ+ inclusion, and by the Social Mobility Employer Index as a top employer for advancing social mobility.

We recognise that one size does not fit all. Our goal is to embed flexibility across our firm by giving everyone the opportunity to work in an agile way, whether as a regular pattern or on an ad hoc basis, and we will be happy to discuss this further.

We love hearing from anyone who is enthusiastic about changing the legal industry. Not sure you meet all qualifications? Let us decide! At Linklaters, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and strongly encourage you to apply.

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced eBilling Coordinator to support our clients in transitioning to eBilling. • SAP and System Testing: Set up clients in SAP to make them ebillable, maintain control tables, and perform system testing. Ensure that global billers produce ebills as required.
  • eBills Uploads: Carry out timely uploads of ebills onto broker systems, dealing with rejections and escalating any issues promptly.
  • On-Boarding and Technical Liaison: On-board new clients, set up profiles, and liaise for any technical changes required.
  • Coordination with PI Initiatives: Engage in broader initiatives within Process & Infrastructure relating to Revenue Management and suggest necessary changes to eBilling processes.
  • Support and Coverage: Provide operational support for pricing and related work within PI and extend assistance to the wider PI team as needed.

We are ideally looking for:

  • Finance experience within the professional services industry.
  • Proficient in SAP R/3 and strong Excel skills.
  • General business awareness, with a character displaying professionalism, confidence, and self-assurance.
