About the role

The Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist will primarily support our Early Careers Team, and the their efforts to attract, engage and nurture top graduates and interns for our Quant, Technology, and Finance divisions. You will support the end-to-end early careers recruitment lifecycle, from organising university events, and scheduling interviews, to conducting video calls and coordinating development programmes. Quickly becoming an integral part of the Human Capital team, this role has a global scope, assisting the recruitment process in London, New York, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

 Your responsibilities 

  • Assist with coordinating and scheduling interviews for graduate and intern positions.
  • Support the management of candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct initial CV screenings and video interviews.
  • Help maintain the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) and candidate database.
  • Coordinate the logistics of assessment centres and group interview sessions.
  • Help organise and attend campus events, career fairs, and networking sessions.
  • Assist in maintaining relationships with universities and student organisations.
  • Aid in the preparation of offer letters and onboarding documentation.
  • Help track key recruitment metrics, compiling and analysing recruitment data for reporting purposes.
  • Support the coordination of internship and graduate development programmes.
  • Support the creation, distribution, and management of recruitment marketing materials across various platforms, including collaboration with third-party marketing partners.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives targeted at early career candidates.
  • Assist with ad-hoc HC projects related to early careers recruitment.
  • Gradually take on more complex recruitment tasks as you develop in the role.

  • Existing work experience from internships or a placement year.
  • Strong communication skills, happy to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.  
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. 
  • Initiative to follow through on tasks and solve issues as they arise. 
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Self-motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic and bias for action.
