The Position
The Early in Career (EiC) Partner brings dynamic EiC expertise to regional and country levels, fueling the execution of Roche's global EiC strategy and advancing our ambitious goals. Collaborating with the wider EiC community, business leaders, and P&C partners (e.g., Integrated Workforce Strategy Partner, Talent Acquisition Partner), the EiC Partner champions strategic, data-driven approaches to create, implement, and nurture sustainable talent pipelines. With a keen eye on Roche's future skill needs, they harness EiC solutions as a pivotal strategy, forming the backbone of an innovative and resilient workforce.
Your Opportunity
As an EiC Partner, you will play a vital role in shaping Roche's future workforce by aligning global, regional, and country-specific EiC strategies with People & Culture and business goals. You will act as a strategic thought partner, providing advice on EiC workforce instruments and leveraging data to translate organizational needs into effective EiC talent solutions. Additionally, you will develop strategies to engage EiC talents through universities and partner with EiC Specialists to deliver programs while identifying pathways to full-time roles within Roche.
Some key responsibilities include:

Ensuring alignment of EiC strategies with P&C and business goals.

Acting as a strategic thought partner for P&C and business leaders.

Managing relationships with P&C stakeholders and local/functional stakeholders.

Providing consultation on talent attraction, development, and budget adherence.

Developing attraction strategies with universities and enabling university ambassador teams.

Partnering with EiC Specialists to deliver EiC programs and identify pathways to full-time roles.
Who You Are
You are a passionate and experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent development and EiC recruitment. You possess excellent communication and presentation skills and can navigate dynamic and ambiguous environments while driving impactful EiC initiatives.
Minimum qualifications include:

A Bachelor’s degree, preferably a Master’s, in HR management or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in Business Partnering, Talent Development, and EiC recruitment.

Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Proficiency in English and German.
