As a Junior Project Manager, you will oversee internal project delivery focusing on budget management, stakeholder relationships, and team leadership. You will ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets, provide reliable financial forecasts, and participate in the Services PM Profession community to enhance project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Works on internal project delivery
- Budget as detailed in Impact section Small/straightforward/ local scope.
- Low risk.
- Manages project financials
- Meets or exceeds approved budgets.
- Provides reliable financial forecasts to Management.
- Manages stakeholder relationships
- Manages first-level stakeholder relationships.
- Leads project team
- May lead internal as well as external resources within a predefined area.
- May provide performance feedback on project team members.
Requirements:
- BS. degree in Computer Science and Computer Engineering for 2023 or 2024 only
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of project administration, client relations, IT industry, accounting, and time recording/effort tracking.
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of project management methods and tools.
- Participates in the Services PM Profession community.
- On a development plan to build project management skills.
- Fluent English
- Strong communication skills
