Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

You’ll lead a growing team of experienced marketers focused on delivering tactical, operational, and strategic marketing programs that directly impact our ENT business in key international markets. You will be a key member of the LT and report to the VP, International.

As a people leader, you’ll:

  • Manage and mentor a talented team (currently 5 direct reports and expanding).
  • Drive team performance, talent development, and a culture of engagement and inclusion.
  • Communicate priorities, operational plans, and business updates clearly and effectively.
  • Align marketing efforts with Global OU and regional business objectives.
  • Coach and develop team members through 1:1s, performance reviews, and continuous feedback.

As a marketing leader, you’ll:

  • Design and execute integrated marketing programs to increase market share, penetration and expand our new innovative product launches.
  • Lead initiatives from concept to execution—building business cases, managing budgets, and ensuring measurable impact.
  • Own regional sponsorships and partnerships – from ideation to activation.
  • Oversee content strategies that elevate Medtronic’s brand and reputation.
  • Leverage omni-channel marketing using a mix of paid, owned, earned, and shared media.
  • Establish KPIs and tracking systems to evaluate performance and identify new opportunities.
  • Lead Medtronic’s regional presence at key congresses and conferences.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience (or 8+ with an advanced degree), including 7+ years in people management roles.
  • Previous experience in the medical devices industry is essential, bringing a strong understanding of the market, regulatory landscape, and customer needs.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing, cross-functional teams across regions.
  • Deep functional expertise in downstream marketing and commercial operations, with a track record of driving business growth and market development.
  • Strong strategic mindset, business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex, matrixed global organizations.
