We’re looking for a EA to CEO who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to become a trusted partner to the CEO and an opportunity to work with a market-leading business and ensure we stay ahead of the competition. 

  • Be the first point of contact for any queries for the CEO.  Have a deep understanding of the CEO and their priorities, whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times. 
  • Own diary management across multiple time zones, ensuring business needs are prioritised and allowing sufficient preparation time for the CEO to deliver tasks. 
  • Manage CEO’s time across a highly complex matrix organisation involving multiple businesses and clients.  
  • Lead the agenda planning for Exec meetings or offsites/events and support with note/action taking, following up on actions to ensure deadlines are met, and ensure relevant attendees are present. 
  • Work closely with comms to ensure smooth running of events with CEO as a speaker/leader: sending of internal comms and other sensitive communications on behalf of the CEO: with comms manage the dh Exec Team inbox for inbound and outbound communications. 
  • Plays an active role in supporting Executive PA’s, LT PAs and the global adminstration community championing best practice and ways of working across the global team.  Liaise with the Executive Sponsor for adminstration, making them aware of concerns or changes and cascading information to the teams where necessary.   
  • Play a role in sensing the culture, hearing and addressing issues in the business and bringing to CEO’s attention.
