What you will do:
Drive strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CEO to maintain business momentum.
Own the executive projects board and analyze large data sets to surface actionable insights for leadership.
Manage complex scheduling, inbox prioritization, and travel logistics with precision to maximize the founder's leverage.
The ideal candidate:
3-7 years of experience supporting a Founder or C-Suite leader within a high-growth technology environment.
Data-literate professional comfortable extracting insights from Sheets and utilizing AI tools to multiply personal output.
Proactive operator with a high-ownership mindset who can navigate ambiguity and confidently manage senior stakeholders.
