About the role

At Dyson, our owners are the heart of everything we do. As an E-Commerce Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional experiences for our online customers. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sustained growth and optimising performance across our E-Commerce accounts. By developing and executing effective account strategies, managing budgets effectively, and maximising return on investment, you will ensure Dyson stays at the forefront of innovation and customer satisfaction in the digital marketplace.

Your focus will be on:

  • Driving P&L performance by meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial targets.
  • Optimising budgets across onsite media and co-marketing campaigns to maximise ROAS.
  • Building strong, strategic partnerships with external stakeholders to unlock new business opportunities.
  • Leading negotiations to find win-win solutions that drive mutual success.
  • Managing merchandising plans, working with agencies, marketing teams, and partners.
  • Creating and aligning sales forecasts and trade plans to achieve targets.
  • Planning and executing key commercial events with cross-functional teams.
  • Overseeing external agencies to deliver optimal account performance.
  • Reporting on account performance and providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Providing operational support to address priority shifts and ensure seamless execution.
     

About you

We’re on the look-out for a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to take ownership of key E-Commerce market accounts, driving impactful results while upholding the integrity and quality of our brand. You thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, leveraging a unique combination of strategic vision and hands-on expertise to tackle challenges and deliver exceptional outcomes.

What we’d like from you: 

  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Key Account Manager, with hands-on E-Commerce expertise in a wholesale environment (marketplaces/pureplay retailer experience is a plus).
  • Proven skills in forecasting, promotional planning, budget management, merchandising, and negotiations.
  • Experience navigating matrixed organisations and aligning with global/regional brand guidelines.
  • A commercial focus with a solution-oriented, proactive mindset and a positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills to engage internal teams, external partners, and senior stakeholders.
  • A sharp eye for detail, particularly in digital settings, with a track record of consistent execution.
  • Adaptability and a collaborative, low-ego attitude to work seamlessly between strategic and operational tasks.
