Job Title:  National Account Manager - E-commerce

Location: London Office - Hybrid

Job Description

As E-commerce Account Manager, you will manage relationships with existing & new Pure Player customers, including Look Fantastic, ASOS & Sephora (in addition to involvement with Amazon), through innovative and best in class retail activation strategies to drive consumer engagement, sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for all functional sales capabilities, including: JBPs, product availability, pricing, shopper marketing and customer development, with a focus on KPIs at all times.
  • Working within a small team, you will be able to really make a difference within this rapidly growing organisation.
  • Adapt & implement the eCommerce global vision, strategy and execution standards focusing on SEO with best in class content, assortment & e-shelf merchandising
  • Work closely & effectively with the marketing team on customer activation plans (on and off site, including PPC & Social), in line with upper funnel activity
  • Build bottom-up E-commerce Customer Account Plans (JBPs) to drive the overall business which are aligned with the Consumer Business Unit objectives and customer strategies
  • P & L responsibility. Accountable to achieve Net Net Sales and Gross To Net % targets as well as proactive collaborative management of other lines in the P&L where sales have an impact or influence
  • Accurate forecasting to maximise availability on Pure Players’ sites
  • Strong quantitative ability and comfort with data driven decision processes, with a strong understanding of the key metrics to drive the business is expected
  • Execute promotional guidelines by category and channel. Continuously evaluate ROI of trade investments amending the in-year to-go plan where necessary.                         

Requirements

  • Degree level education (Commercial education, e.g., business, economics, marketing preferable but flexible)
  • Must have commercial experience in e-commerce Sales (Amazon & Pureplay accounts)
  • A demonstrable record of success delivering key e-commerce commercial KPIs
  • Understands key business functions i.e. Commercial, Finance, Technical, Supply Chain
  • UK customer / FMCG market knowledge
  • Strong data analysis, organising and prioritisation skills
  • Microsoft Proficiency
  • Passionate about the beauty industry and always ahead of the game with industry trends and innovation
  • An entrepreneurial, adaptable and confident mindset
