With a salary of £28,500, you’ll be well-supported as you progress through the graduate programme. 

Who We’re Looking For 

We’re seeking bright, passionate individuals who are ready to embrace new challenges, collaborate with inspiring teams, and help deliver thoughtful, innovative solutions for our clients. 

To be eligible, you’ll need to: 

  • Be able to travel to your assigned DXC office location (up to five days per week) 

  • Hold British citizenship (due to UK Security Vetting requirements) 

  • Be graduating in 2026 with a predicted 2:1 or above, or have graduated within the last three years with a 2:1 or above 

Choose Your Pathway 

We offer three pathways designed to support your unique strengths and interests: 

Technical Pathway 

  • A degree in a STEM subject (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics) 

  • A curious mind and strong analytical thinking 

  • A love for technology and continuous learning 

Project Management Pathway 

  • A degree in Business, Management, Economics, Psychology, or a related field 

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills 

  • A detail-oriented, proactive approach to planning and delivery 

Business Pathway 

  • A degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, or a related discipline 

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills 

  • A desire to explore how technology can transform business
