The Site Manager will be responsible for the day to day site activities involved in running a construction site managing the installation of External Wall insulation, Windows & Doors, Cavity Wall Insulation, Loft Insulation, Ventilation and asbestos removal. The site will consist of up to 800 homes being delivered over a 3 year period. The Site Manager will be working alongside an assistant Site Manager and a Clerk of Works and will be responsible for managing multiple contractors.

SMSTS qualification
First Aid at Work
Experience of Site Management
DBS Clearance
Previous retrofit experience (Desirable but not essential)
