Job Description

We have an exciting role, which will be based in our Heathrow office to manage the documentation and training requirements for various BUK project transitions within the Airport and Logistics environments. 

The individual should have experience of working within a documentation and training environment.

This will involve working with operational transition teams in the creation of Operations & Maintenance ramp up documentation, training material, mobilisation plans, along with documentation required to support training deliveries post project completion.

The individual would need to be confident in dealing with different stakeholders internally within BEUMER Group and also external stakeholders to assimilate and locate pertinent information to generate the required documentation.

Duties will include

  • Management control of all requested documents that sit between the elements of Projects and O&M and form the parameters of transition.
  • Key areas of management control being – (but not limited to)
    • Coordination between the stakeholders and the deliveries
    • Management of the O&M Program relating to documentation 
    • Facilitation of materials through the O&M Structure
    • Training documentation
    • Transition mapping
  • Administrator control of documents – Sorting / filing / storing / standardising of documentation, along with digital administration onto customer and internal BEUMER portals.
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders across both Projects and O&M to gain relevant detail for documentation output, and cross reference that detail within the transitions team and archive documents, updated where necessary. (This will incorporate worldwide collaboration)
    • Standardising documents/Linking documents
  • Tracking of all Transition team's Project/O&M activities 
    • Weekly calendar.
    • Future activity.
    • Timeline for each transition.
    • Each transition requirements – Project to O&M, (large to small).
  • Create and assimilate training documentation and presentations from multiple sources 
  • Create framework training packages, based on key information provided by the Technical and Transition Managers
  • Creation of initial training slides and layouts

Qualifications

At least 3-5 years working in a stakeholder management role delivering documentation and training 

Must be able to manage multiple tasks, deliver on actions and deliverables simultaneously, ensuring communications and updates and provided to ensure timely delivery.

Able to work under pressure to maintain deadlines.

Articulate in written and oral English communication.

Background in digital content creation would be advantageous 

Personally presentable at all times

PowerPoint and Word and the generation of clear training material from multiple sources.

Must have the right to work in the UK.
