As an Operations Manager in the Document & Business Solutions team, you will ensure professionalism in all aspects of customer service. Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the team.
- Ensure work requests and volumes receive appropriate manpower.
- Provide regular updates to the local and management team.
- Capture, measure, and report key business metrics.
- Develop and maintain key client partnerships.
- Manage risk issues or incidents following escalation procedures.
- Oversee production equipment usage and maintenance.
- Monitor and control production workflow and delivery deadlines.
- Manage inventory and control wastage within agreed tolerance.
- Ensure compliance with x-ray scanning and supporting procedures.
- Maintain excellent communication with staff, clients, and vendors.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and people skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Experience in a similar role within a reprographics environment.
- Proficiency in high-volume printing and finishing services.
- Experience in machinery maintenance, including finishing equipment.
- Ability to process reprographic jobs efficiently and correctly.
- Competence in quality assurance checks for print requests.
- Good working knowledge of key Microsoft programs.
- Ability to handle client requests and manage service expectations.
- Self-motivated, organized, and efficient.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in managing change, process, and staff development.
- Familiarity with digital print and mail services.
- Experience in managing vendor relationships.
- Ability to influence decision-making through business metrics.
- Experience in promoting an inclusive work environment.
- Knowledge of quality management procedures.
- Experience in managing mail and courier responsibilities.
