Position Title: AI/ML Lead – Global Tech Ops

Location: Dallas, Ashburn, or London

 

Your role

We are seeking a creative thinker and technically skilled AI/Machine Learning Specialist to join our Global Technical Operations team. This role will partner with internal stakeholders and consultants to develop scalable solutions that improve our internal processes and the reliability of critical infrastructure.

 

 

What you’ll do

  • Work with global and regional leadership teams to ensure AI solutions are meeting the needs of the business
    • Partner with the Reliability team to develop and implement models for analysis of operating parameters and incident & break/fix data to identify failure trends and systemic issues.
    • Analyze failure and break/fix data, operating parameters and maintenance activities to assist with Root Cause Analysis, including Human Error contributors
    • Identify data inflection points for development of predictive models
    • Partner with the Maintenance and Change Management teams to evaluate procedures for compliance with standards.
    • Serving as AI SME, collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify use cases that drive continuous improvement.
    • Support the development of global playbooks and standardized processes for AI deployment.
    • Partner with other AI leaders from other business units to leverage best practices, stay up to date on latest advancements, and leverage internal tools as necessary

 

 

What you’ll need 

  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML deployment

  • Demonstrated strong analytical abilities to translate business problems into technical, data-driven solutions. 

  • Familiarity with global data center critical infrastructure operations and regulatory environments a plus.

  • Advanced degree in quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Data Science).

  • Working knowledge of machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.

  • Experience with cloud platforms, data lakes, and edge computing architectures a plus.

  • Multilingual capabilities and international work experience a plus.
