You will join us as our new Director of Talent Enablement & Continuous Learning where you will drive Aristocrat’s enterprise-wide talent and learning strategies, implementing seamless, high-impact, and scalable practices that enhance business performance. This role manages performance and talent development initiatives, including leadership growth, to strengthen the talent pipeline and expand organizational capabilities.
 

By integrating talent insights with learning strategies, this leader will accelerate development, enhance leadership effectiveness, and improve workforce performance. Partnering closely with business leaders and People & Culture (P&C) teams, this role will enhance talent management processes, optimize performance management, and establish standardized best practices across regions. A primary focus will be utilizing talent data to drive succession planning, workforce insights, and targeted development initiatives.

What You'll Do

Talent & Performance Management

  • Design and implement standardized talent and performance management practices aligned with business objectives.

  • Lead enterprise-wide succession planning, career pathing, and leadership development strategies.

  • Use talent mapping and workforce analytics to assess bench strength and inform workforce planning.

  • Ensure performance management enhances both short- and long-term business objectives.

  • Align Individual Development Plans (IDPs) with Learning & Talent Reviews and integrate them into Workday.

  • Drive data-driven talent retention and development strategies.

Learning & Leadership Development

  • Deliver enterprise-wide learning programs, including leadership development, skills training, and high-potential initiatives.

  • Partner with stakeholders to develop scalable, business-aligned learning solutions that address critical skill gaps.

  • Integrate learning solutions into talent reviews for targeted career development.

  • Leverage digital learning tools (e.g., Workday Journeys) to enhance efficiency and accessibility.

  • Continuously refine learning tools and processes for simplicity and effectiveness.

  • Use data-driven insights to measure program impact and refine strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with senior leaders and P&C teams to embed learning into talent strategies.

  • Partner cross-functionally to align talent initiatives with broader business priorities.

  • Work closely with SMEs and business leaders to ensure learning programs evolve with organizational needs.

  • Develop talent and learning dashboards to track workforce capabilities, adoption, and mobility.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in talent management, learning & development, or related HR functions.

  • Expertise in leadership development, performance enablement, engagement and workforce planning.

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and best practices.

  • Experience in designing, executing, and evaluating talent and development programs.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and LMS platforms, preferably Workday.

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
