Your Role & Accountabilities: 

 

As the primary global point of contact for client related supply chain matters, you will:

  • Lead end‑to‑end oversight of client‑directed and Cartus‑managed suppliers, including sourcing events, onboarding, pricing updates, contract changes, and performance governance.
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date global supplier documentation supporting compliance, reporting, and service delivery.
  • Partner closely with the client Service Owner to share forward‑looking insights, risks, and opportunities related to the supply chain.
  • Provide regular updates on supply chain activity that may impact service, cost, coverage, or employee experience.
  • Serve as a senior escalation point to resolve complex supplier or operational issues in collaboration with client, Cartus Global Operations, and regional teams.
  • Deliver supplier and internal operations training to support consistent, high‑quality execution globally.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders on continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and communication effectiveness.
  • Support and co‑lead RFP activities for client‑contracted suppliers, ensuring fair, data‑driven evaluation and alignment to program goals.
  • Work in close partnership with the Global Engagement Lead, Global Operations Director, Household Goods leadership, and Reporting teams to deliver harmonized, seamless services.
  • Represent Cartus on weekly governance and monthly reporting calls focused on supply chain performance, insights, and trends.

Experience You Need:

•       Strong interpersonal / influencing skills, relationship management

•       Demonstrating winning behaviors 

•       Ability to manage complex and multi-supplier relationships 

•       Ability to support manager with team requirement and/or supplier management 

•       Prior vendor/supplier management experience desirable

•       Procurement background an advantage

•       Preferably some previous experience in relocation management

•       Availability to travel occasionally

•       Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
