Our opportunity:

We’re seeking a strategic, results-driven leader to help scale the global partner ecosystem at Automation Anywhere, the recognized leader in Agentic Process Automation (APA). As Director, Strategic Partnerships, reporting to the SVP of Global Alliances & Channels, you will own the end-to-end partner program—shaping strategy, driving execution, and building the operational foundation needed to support a rapidly growing, high-impact partner network.

In this highly visible role, you’ll collaborate with senior leaders across sales, marketing, product, and operations to align priorities, drive investment decisions, and deliver measurable outcomes. You’ll bring a builder’s mindset, strong operational discipline, and a passion for innovation—thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while helping define how enterprises worldwide adopt Agentic Process Automation through a world-class partner ecosystem.

Location: London, UK

You will make an impact by being responsible for: 

  • Overseeing programs including partner experience, partner program tiering and benefits, partner GTM readiness, and operational and business planning functions. 
  • Managing a global team that spans partner programs, strategy, partner experience, incentives, and planning
  • Collaborating with partner team leadership to create a compelling partner program that drives partners’ investment and business growth for Automation Anywhere products and expansion in market presence; continuously improve the experience for core partner business processes, including: end-to-end partner lifecycle, recruiting partners, onboarding and offboarding partners, and management of partners
  • Serving as the liaison with Automation Anywhere’s senior leadership and stakeholder teams to champion continued investment and focus into our partner program
  • Working with Strategy and Operations to build the reporting framework that gives senior leadership transparency and analytics into the partner business, track sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue
  • Aligning and working with cross-functional teams such as product marketing, field marketing, enablement, and operations teams to ensure a smooth launch of new partners and up-leveling of existing partners driving partner success
  • Owning the partner technology stack and partner portal while integrating with Salesforce to ensure we have scalable ways to work with and support partners while consistently and accurately tracking Partner performance
  • Program Management: Own all facets of the partner success process for large, complex strategic partnerships
  • Ensuring specific contract terms and pricing programs are available and approved by legal and finance

You will be a great fit if you have: 

  • 10+ years direct experience with Alliance or ISV program development and management at a technology company 
  • Proven experience in a comparable role with a similar scope of responsibility, delivering consistent, measurable results over time
  • Proven leadership ability to influence, develop and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach
  • Deep knowledge of software related to partner management: Salesforce, Vartopia, 360Insights, Crossbeam, Box/Dropbox, Confluence, Jira, etc.
  • Analytical skills to deliver insights to the business to drive changes in the organization and in the programs delivered to partners
  • Preferred candidates will have a combination of technical consulting and operating experience

  • Ability to build relationships, collaborate, and influence others; experience working with and presenting to senior executives across various geographies and functions
  • Strong communication skills, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing; comfort in business and technical discussions
  • Build trust, credibility & relevance with Partner teams (both internal and external)
  • Willingness to travel as needed
