About the Role

We are seeking a strategic finance leader to help shape the next phase of growth at IQGeo. Partnering directly with the CFO, CEO and Executive Leadership Team, you will influence investment decisions, drive performance across the business and play a key role in delivering a value creation plan backed by KKR, one of the world's leading investment firms.

As the leader of Strategic Finance & FP&A, you will own the company's planning, forecasting, performance management and business partnering capabilities. You will provide the insight, challenge and strategic thinking that helps shape key business decisions, investment priorities and growth initiatives.

Operating across North America, Europe and APAC, IQGeo is entering an exciting phase of growth following significant investment from KKR. This role will help build world-class planning, performance management and strategic finance capabilities to support that journey.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious finance professional who enjoys combining commercial insight, strategic thinking and operational execution in a fast-growing, international business.

What You'll Be Doing

You will:

  • Lead the company's budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
  • Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to drive performance and improve decision-making.
  • Provide strategic financial insight across Revenue, Delivery, Product and Corporate functions.
  • Lead business performance reporting, KPI management and executive reviews.
  • Support investment decisions through robust financial modelling and business case analysis.
  • Partner with leadership on pricing, profitability, resource allocation and growth initiatives.
  • Support Board and shareholder reporting with high-quality analysis and insight.
  • Work closely with the Chief of Staff to track and measure delivery of the company's value creation plan.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Strategic Finance & FP&A team, including direct management of the Commercial Finance Manager and future growth of the function.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a commercially minded finance leader who combines strong analytical capability with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive action. You may currently be a Director of FP&A, Head of Strategic Finance, Senior Finance Business Partner, Corporate Finance Director or a high-performing finance leader ready to step into a broader strategic leadership role.

You will likely bring:

  • Significant experience in FP&A, strategic finance, commercial finance or corporate finance.
  • Experience partnering with senior executives and business leaders.
  • Strong financial modelling, planning and analytical skills.
  • Experience within a private equity-backed or high-growth environment is highly desirable, although not essential.
  • A track record of supporting strategic decision-making and business performance improvement.
  • Experience in software, SaaS, technology or other high-growth environments.
  • The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented organisation.
  • A collaborative leadership style and a passion for developing talent.

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in a business with ambitious growth plans and significant investment behind it.

You will work directly with the CFO and Executive Leadership Team, influence some of the company's most important decisions, and help shape the next phase of growth and value creation.

This role offers a rare opportunity to influence company-wide strategy, work directly with the Executive Leadership Team and gain exposure to Board and shareholder decision-making.

For the right individual, this role offers a unique platform to broaden leadership experience, build strategic influence and accelerate progression towards future senior finance leadership opportunities.

If you're looking for a role that combines strategy, commerciality, leadership and impact, we'd love to hear from you.
