Responsibilities:

  • Lead Innovation
    • Utilize your creative vision and expertise to define and drive cutting-edge design strategies. From a blank canvas to final implementation, you'll architect the next-generation OS experience.
  • Pursue Excellence
    • Optimize design processes and elevate design quality, ensuring every detail embodies Nothing's design philosophy.
  • Cultivate Team Culture
    • Foster a highly creative and efficient team environment, empowering each member to shine under your leadership.
  • -Collaborate Cross-Functionally
    • Work closely with product, technology, marketing, and other departments to ensure design solutions seamlessly integrate technical execution and business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience
    • Extensive and demonstrable experience in software or digital product design, including managing diverse design teams spread over complex geographies and projects
  • Creative Vision and Strategy
    • A passionate creative mind with strategic thinking, capable of sustaining innovation in a constantly evolving market.
  • Leadership and Portfolio
    • Proven experience in design leadership roles, backed by an impressive portfolio of projects.
  • Trend Insight:
    • Keen awareness of design trends and the ability to leverage them to drive brand growth.
  • Interpersonal Skills
    • Excellent communication and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
  • Industry Knowledge
    • A deep understanding of consumer technology products is a strong plus.
