About Sine Engineering

Sine Engineering builds the technology behind reliable drone autonomy - communications, navigation, and control that keep multi-drones coordinated at once. Over 200 UAV manufacturers rely on our systems, and our technology powers most of the interceptor operations active today. Through a dual-use platform, we support civilian innovation while helping democratic nations strengthen their technological edge.

Any drone, any scale, anywhere - resilient communication, navigation, and coordination built for the age of autonomy.

We are looking for a Sales Director to lead and scale a commercial organization in a fast-growing defence technology company building cutting-edge solutions for the drone era. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and building a world-class sales team in a complex, mission-critical environment.

As Sales Director, you will define and execute go-to-market strategy, improve commercial performance, and ensure sales excellence across forecasting, pipeline management, and deal execution. You will also play a key role in scaling the organization, developing talent, and shaping how we engage with strategic customers and partners globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage the team of Account Executives and Key Account Executives.

  • Set targets, sales cadence, and pipeline management standards.

  • Drive forecasting discipline, deal reviews, and performance management.

  • Build and improve sales processes, coverage models, and territory/account allocation.

  • Support major negotiations and strategic deals.

  • Align sales execution with product, operations, finance, legal, and leadership.

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent.

  • Ensure CRM and sales reporting are accurate and decision-useful.

  • Identify structural gaps in commercial performance and implement improvements.

  • Contribute to pricing strategy, sales planning, and go-to-market execution.

  • English: C1 preferred; strong B2 acceptable if the rest is excellent.

Experience:

  • Strong B2B sales leadership experience in a complex or technical environment.

  • Proven ability to manage and improve a team-based sales organization.

  • Strong forecasting, pipeline review, and commercial management capability.

  • Experience with complex deals, long sales cycles, and multi-stakeholder selling.

  • Strong coaching and performance management skills.

  • Strong executive communication and cross-functional influence.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in defense, aerospace, electronics, telecom, or industrial manufacturing.

  • Experience building sales processes in a scaling company.

  • Familiarity with channel models, strategic OEM sales, or international growth.

If this role resonates with your experience and ambitions, we invite you to submit your application and take the next step in shaping high‑impact customer partnerships in a rapidly evolving defence technology landscape.
