  • Develop and monitor critical success metrics and communicate actionable insights to the Chief Sales Officer and relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead budgeting and planning processes for the global sales team (e.g., forecasts, periodic reviews, annual budgets, and long-range plans).
  • Support the Chief Sales Officer on their broader executive responsibilities, including leading the preparation of presentations, reports and studies for the company’s senior management and board meetings
  • Create positive awareness of the IMAX business within the entertainment industry.

What You’ll Need:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, sales strategy and/or management consulting, preferably within the entertainment industries.
  • An experienced executive with an outstanding reputation for his/her strategic business judgment, leadership skills and integrity, who can accomplish goals in a timely, productive, and fiscally responsible manner.

Nice to Have:

  • Strong planning and organizational skills to successfully manage sales strategies and support senior executives within a global organization.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse business environments and different cultures, across a variety of different territories.
  • Proven ability to take initiative, work independently, be creative and establish priorities to support business development in a competitive market.
