Here’s the bit about the opportunity:

As part of the EMEA Management team, you will own and manage the sales strategy across Western Europe, playing a meaningful role in scaling one of the fastest-growing companies in the Blockchain and Cybersecurity field. Your team will be targeting businesses from the Crypto-Native and Financial Services industry across the UK, France and Benelux, working closely with the Regional Sales Leaders, Account Executives and Sales Engineers.

You’ll be:

  • Responsible for building and executing the sales team and strategy across Western Europe (UK, France & Benelux)
  • Inspiring your team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Working closely with Fireblocks BDRs and the GTM Team
  • Building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers
  • Prospecting, territory, and account planning
  • Updating and maintaining the Fireblocks CRM

You’ll bring:

  • Deep knowledge and experience of in software or institutional sales, selling into a relevant space of financial services, crypto, blockchain or fintech
  • Experience formalising and supporting the co-sell motion in working with technology partners is preferred
  • An understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency 
  • Track record of over-achievement in an enterprise sales management position
  • Entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude
  • Driving your team to prospect and qualify new opportunities
  • Thrives in a team-selling environment
  • Fluent in English
