As Director, EMEA Revenue Marketing, you will have strategic oversight of marketing across the entire region and directly own the execution of the revenue marketing plan within a specific sub-region (primary focus: Central Europe).

This individual will serve as the primary liaison between Corporate Marketing and the EMEA Sales organization, translating global priorities into regional programs while tailoring initiatives to meet sub-regional and local market needs.

You will play a critical role in building brand awareness, moving accounts through the pipeline, accelerating deal velocity, and ensuring thorough coverage of our total addressable market through targeted, high-impact marketing programs.

Reporting to the VP, Global Revenue Marketing, this role offers a highly visible leadership opportunity within BioCatch.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the Revenue Marketing strategy for EMEA, ensuring alignment with global objectives while tailoring programs to regional nuances.
  • Own and execute multi-channel, 1:1 ABM campaigns in a designated EMEA sub-region, with a primary focus on Central Europe.
  • Manage and mentor a small team of regional Revenue Marketers.
  • Plan and execute comprehensive marketing programs across EMEA: including ABM, regional and national trade shows, targeted field events, webinars, digital campaigns, direct mail, PR initiatives, and more.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing teams (Content, Product Marketing, Digital) to customize messaging, campaigns, and assets for regional relevance.
  • Build relationships with professional associations to amplify brand exposure and thought leadership.
  • Manage and optimize relationships with external agencies as needed within the region.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain close alignment with EMEA Sales leadership to ensure that marketing programs drive pipeline, engagement, and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Communicate and promote marketing initiatives, content, and tools to the sales team effectively.
  • Understand sales challenges and develop marketing solutions to address barriers.
  • Measure and report on marketing engagement across the total addressable market, applying a strategic lens to coverage gaps.
  • Support partner marketing initiatives across the region.
  • Share best practices across the global marketing organization to foster innovation and operational excellence.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, Enterprise Software, or Cybersecurity industries.
  • 5+ years of experience leading ABM strategies and executing campaigns with tools such as 6Sense
  • 5+ years of direct people management experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading regional marketing strategy and driving measurable revenue impact.
  • Deep expertise in integrated marketing, including field marketing, digital, events, and partner marketing.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across executive leadership, sales, and marketing teams
  • Initiative, strategic thinking, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Client-service mindset and ability to "roll up sleeves" to get things done.
  • Fluent in English; fluency in French or German strongly preferred; additional European languages a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% and work across time zones as needed.
  • Budget and program management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Location

Preferably based in Germany, UK, France, Netherlands, or Nordics
