Primary Responsibilities:

• Product Director with 10+ years of experience of working as product management leader driving both strategy and product build for US Healthcare IT product or portfolio of products
• Define, communicate and drive product vision, strategy & roadmap for products.
  Own the multi-year roadmap for platform that covers growth, modernization and operational efficiency initiatives
• Expertise in conceptualizing new product concepts, build compelling business cases, secure funding, drive product build, GTM and achieve growth and efficiency objectives
• Build & drive culture of innovation in the portfolio
• Able to collaborate with various teams (tech, ops, analytics, UX) to drive product design and common objective and help achieving outcomes
• Translate business and operational needs into clear product requirements, features/stories, and success metrics across workflows, integrations and analytics
• Lead technical product management for large-scale, data-intensive platforms including workflow orchestration, system integrations, automation, and reporting
• Drive value realization by improving yield, cycle time, automation rates and user experience
• Act as product leader with clear narratives and data-backed decisions backed by relevant and specific market intelligence
• Build and mentor high-performing product managers, setting solid product management and technical rigor standards

Required Qualifications:

• 12+ years of product management experience including senior ownership of complex B2B or healthcare products/platforms
• Healthcare payer domain exposure preferrable Payment Integrity
• Solid experience in modernizing legacy platforms into configurable, interoperable, and automated ecosystems
• Proven success leading enterprise-scale, workflow-driven and data-heavy products with solid operational dependencies
• Solid grounding in technical product management (APIs, workflows, persona analysis, data pipelines, platform architecture, cloud-based systems)
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in matrixed, global organization
