This is the right opportunity for a person with 2-4 years in product leadership role in a product-first organization, experience building and leading a portfolio of products, experience with highly technical products with global user base, and maturing product thinking across the org while leading product, design, and partnerships.
This is the first Product leadership hire in the team with product, design, and partnerships reporting into the leader.
Your responsibilities
- Lead core market offering: lead the organic growth (product pricing, partnerships) for a suit of products - AWS (established), Snowflake (early stages), Azure (early stages)
- Expand the product suite: introduce, position and grow new products in the cloud platform and auxiliary devX tooling space (ex: events studio etc)
- Create, own and adjust product roadmap as LS grows
- Create target personas, customer segments and market approaches for each
- Create feedback loop, implement user tracking, generate actionable insights, implement NPS etc
- Analyse and optimise the SaaS conversion funnel
- Identify and lead biggest partnerships for product
- Work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, DevrRel and GTM teams to grow the product usage
- Reduce the number of churning users (while drawing an insight on why the users are churning and addressing the cause where possible)
Specialist Skills and Experience
- Experience establishing core processes, methodologies and priorities for a multi product suite
- Deep understanding of user base, able to gather feedback and respond to users churning
- Strong tech skills in understanding cloud space (serverless, IaC, testing, CI pipeline)
- Greenfield product experience
- Authentic, inspirational leadership style
- Global user base experience
- (preferred) Community, open source (experience freemium to premium, needs to understand dynamics). understands the power of community
