Nexxen Fraud Alert and Notice: Protect Yourself from Impersonation and Fraudulent Activity

What You’ll Do:

Nexxen is seeking a Director, Product Marketing, Demand and Data to help drive go-to-market strategies for our growing suite of programmatic advertising solutions. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, this person will be responsible for driving all Product Marketing-related activities for our DSP and Data teams, including crafting differentiated positioning and messaging, bringing new products, partners, and features to market, marketing collateral, and go-to-market (GTM) enablement.

This individual will be fluent in multiple customer audiences, multiple solutions available for those customers, and empower commercial team members, existing clients, and prospects on the value of these offerings. They will be able to successfully evangelize the Demand and Data product suite, train and educate internal as well as external marketplace stakeholders. They will also need to work with Nexxen's executive, partnership/BD, and product teams to help bring new solutions or improvements to market.

They will also manage a team that works across a significant portion of Nexxen's products and capabilities.

This candidate will display the ability to respond quickly to changing business needs, priorities, and timelines. Must communicate clearly, concisely, and consistently.

This role will be based in the NY, Chicago or LA office. Our team follows a hybrid schedule, working in the office three days a week and remotely for the rest.

Each day can be different here at Nexxen, but some of the things you can expect to be doing daily are:

• Create and drive key strategies and efforts to grow the business, including (but not limited to): narratives, positioning/messaging, one-sheets, coda page creation, pitches, marketing plans, naming, competitive intelligence, market and industry insights, playbooks, RFPs, and articles.

• Drive core executional activities of commercialization & feedback/insights, including (but not limited to): Coda/SharePoint updates, GTM process steps, and customer interactions

• Drive ongoing, cross-functional processes or tools that further grow the core and deliver focused innovation, including (but not limited to): file sharing, case studies, copy edits, social posting (in partnership with other teams), project management

• Lead direct report(s) to enable career growth, operational efficiency, and support on respective priorities or initiatives

What Will I Bring?

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or equivalent training or experience

• 8+ years in media, marketing, digital advertising, or SAAS sales

• 5+ years of substantial Product Marketing or Marketing experience in a start-up, media, tech, or advertising environment.

• 5+ years of experience working with enterprise sales.

• Ad Tech, at a Tier 2 DSP/SSP or at an ad agency with a video focus (digital/linear TV/CTV) is a plus

• 4+ years managing and developing multiple direct reports

• Ability to translate complex capabilities and ever-evolving ecosystems into clear, differentiated offerings

• Strong written, oral, and presentation skills, including (but not limited to): sales trainings, development and delivery of presentations (and other sales materials), and client communications

• Effective project management with global, cross-functional groups and stakeholders, including senior-level executives

• Passion for innovation and solid understanding of advertising technologies, products, and business trends

• Able to quickly respond to changing business needs, priorities and timelines

• Curious, analytical, and data-driven

• Structured and strategic thinker

• Great focus and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask efficiently

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in NY is $150K - $200K base at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, unlimited vacation, and company-paid holidays.
