We’re looking for a Director of Product Marketing who will be responsible for the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for all our products and services. This role will own the long-term product marketing strategy and tactics, and collaborate with several leaders within the organization on day-to-day operations and execution. The ideal candidate brings expertise, versatility, and an enthusiasm for continuously improving our position as the Best of Breed Pure Play AI-powered DAM Leader in the industry serving the most iconic brands in the world. You will lead a talented team of marketers in developing and executing product marketing initiatives that drive product adoption, increase brand awareness, and achieve ambitious revenue goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth market and customer research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Define clear product messaging and positioning that supports and amplifies our vision and thought leadership, resonates with target audiences and differentiates Bynder in the marketplace.
  • Lead the creation of compelling sales and marketing materials, including product presentations, datasheets, case studies, and website content.
  • Work with customer marketing and customer success to build strong customer case studies that highlight the use cases and value our platform delivers to customers.
  • Collaborate with sales enablement to build and deliver competitive battlecards, sales plays, demo scripts and other tools for training and enabling across the direct and partner sales teams.
  • Oversee the execution of product launches, ensuring a smooth and successful market entry that maximizes revenue potential.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing product marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with peers in marketing, sales, product management, and customer success teams to ensure alignment across the organization.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry analysts and key media contacts.
  • Track and measure the success of product marketing initiatives using OKRs.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing leadership roles
  • Deep understanding of the DAM market landscape or any closely related adjacent martech
  • Technical acumen, especially around ML, AI, and SaaS
  • Experience building high impact collateral
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing campaigns that drive ROI.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative and results-oriented leadership style.
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performing marketing teams.
