RELEX Product team is pivotal in ensuring our continued growth. We build industry-leading products that fulfil the needs of world’s largest and most advanced retailers and manufacturers. Our products use advanced cutting edge technology like AI and ML while being user-friendly and efficient to use for the thousands of users we have. Join us as Director of Product Marketing at our London or Stoke-on-Trent offices in the UKowning our full retail and wholesale portfolio, and this is some of what you and your team will be doing: 

Leadership & Team Management: 

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of Product Marketing Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and high performance. 
  • Drive alignment across regional and global teams, ensuring consistency in product marketing strategies and execution. 

Strategy Development: 

  • Own and evolve the global product marketing strategy to support business growth and product adoption. 
  • Partner with Product Management, Industry Strategy, Sales, and Marketing teams to craft differentiated positioning, compelling messaging, and clear value propositions. 
  • Define market segmentation strategies to identify and prioritize target audiences. 

Go-to-Market Leadership: 

  • Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and feature updates. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful GTM readiness, including enablement for sales, partners, and customer success teams. 

Customer & Market Insights: 

  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to understand industry trends, buyer needs, and the competitive landscape. 
  • Champion customer feedback loops, working closely with Customer Success and Product teams to incorporate insights into product marketing as well as product development. 

Content & Enablement: 

  • Oversee the creation of high-impact sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, and white papers. 
  • Lead on the content creation for the most high profile events and deliverables. 
  • Ensure alignment of product marketing collateral with overall business goals and brand standards. 

Performance Metrics: 

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing initiatives and team contributions. 
  • Regularly report on product marketing performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. 

We’re looking for:  

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally within a B2B SaaS or technology environment  
  • Deep understanding of the retail consumer goods value chain, and the software vendors that offer solutions in supply chain, merchandising and operations   
  • Proven success in leading global teams and driving cross-functional collaboration. 
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, customer journeys, and sales enablement. 
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to distil complex concepts into clear, concise, and compelling messaging. 
  • Experience conducting market research and leveraging insights to inform strategy. 
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and optimize marketing performance.
