The opportunity:

Adobe Express for Business is revolutionizing how companies create engaging content, enabling teams to produce on-brand marketing materials, social media content, and business communications with unprecedented speed and consistency. As businesses of all sizes adopt digital transformation, Adobe Express for Business is positioned to become an essential tool in their creative and marketing technology stack.

We're looking for an experienced Product Marketing Director to lead the strategy and growth for Adobe Express for Business in the UK. You'll be the main PMM leader for our B2B efforts in the region, guiding our market approach and investments. This role leads through influence, setting strategic direction and working closely with our established marketing, go-to-market, and field teams. Your goal is to accelerate our growth and strengthen Adobe Express's market position in the UK.

What You'll Do:

  • Shape UK Strategy: Define and implement the go-to-market strategy for Adobe Express for Business in the UK. Ensure it aligns with global goals but is tailored for local success and growth.

  • Develop UK Messaging: Craft and refine the core story and value of Adobe Express for the UK market. Make sure our message connects with different business customers.

  • Lead UK PMM Efforts: Guide investment choices and strategic projects for Express B2B in the UK. Lead through collaboration and influence across teams.

  • Partner for Growth: Work closely with UK sales, marketing, and go-to-market teams. Improve sales tools and approaches to help grow the business.

  • Guide Demand Generation: Collaborate with marketing teams to create and optimize campaigns that build our sales pipeline in the UK.

  • Understand the Market: Continuously research the UK market and competitors. Use these insights to find opportunities and adjust our plans.

  • Create Key Content: Coordinate the development of materials that show the value and results customers get with Adobe Express.

  • Analyze and Optimize: Track UK market trends, customer feedback, and business results. Use this data to improve our approach and ensure we meet our goals.

  • Represent the UK Market: Share UK market needs and customer insights within the global Adobe Express team to help shape future product and strategy.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Extensive Experience: In B2B software product marketing. You should have a strong history of creating strategy and driving market growth, ideally including the UK market.

  • Leadership Through Influence: Proven ability to set direction and lead complex projects by working effectively across different teams.

  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of B2B sales, GTM strategy, and marketing technology, especially within the UK.

  • Strategic Execution: Success in creating, implementing, and refining effective go-to-market plans for software or SaaS products.

  • Sales Partnership: Experience working closely with sales and field teams to enable their success.

  • Relevant Background: Familiarity with creative workflows or marketing operations is helpful.

  • Relationship Building: Skill in building strong connections with senior leaders and partners.

  • Analytical Skills: A data-informed approach to making decisions and measuring success.

  • Senior Presence: Experience acting as a senior representative for the market.
