  • Complex Problem Solving: Lead cross-functional task forces to resolve high-impact business challenges, such as manual process gaps and revenue capture during automation transitions.

  • Product and Pricing Messaging, Positioning: Own and lead positioning and messaging for product and pricing initiatives, developing compelling value propositions and core narratives for new product launches, feature releases, and pricing or packaging changes.

  • Data & Reporting: Own adoption, activation, and engagement targets for new product launches, leveraging advanced analytical capabilities to identify gaps and develop actionable recommendations to drive growth.

  • Product Roadmap Input: Collaborate with Product and Engineering to inform the product roadmap based on customer insights and market opportunities.

  • Project Management and Planning: Partner with marketing leadership to ensure robust and impactful product launches, driving effective project management and planning.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related field within sports, streaming, or subscription‑based businesses.

  • Demonstrated expertise in GTM strategy, with a proven track record of defining and executing successful go‑to‑market plans and launching products and initiatives to market.

  • Deep experience developing and applying messaging and positioning frameworks, including value propositions, customer segmentation, and narrative construction to drive adoption and revenue impact.

  • Excellent collaborator and communicator, capable of aligning stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and cross‑functional teams.

  • Strong data‑driven mindset, with experience defining and tracking KPIs across product and marketing funnels, identifying gaps, and delivering actionable recommendations to drive growth.

  • Proficiency in analytics tools and the ability to translate quantitative insights into clear strategic direction and decision‑making.

  • Passion for sports is essential.

  • Must be local to Austin, TX or willing to relocate.

BONUS:

  • MS/MBA in Marketing, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.

  • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills for executive and external stakeholders.

  • Advanced Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and using data to guide marketing experiments.
