  • Manage, develop, and grow a small team of product management and live service design talent, leading and inspiring a highly skilled team.
  • Connect development teams across PlayStation studios to the latest competitive research, analyze industry trends, and define best practices.
  • Function as a conduit between multiple studios to foster knowledge sharing and deeper collaboration.
  • Help define the processes and methodologies used centrally to level up our product management craft and improve the way we build and operate live service games.
Qualifications & Skills

  • Deep understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape, including player motivations and audience segments across genres.
  • Ability to understand, conceptualize, and improve the design of game systems, features, and mechanics, providing recommendations to shape the direction of the product.
  • Experience working across products at different development stages (incubation, live operations, etc.).
  • Strong business and financial acumen, with experience driving revenue forecasting and KPI frameworks for live service products.
  • Experience working with publishing partners (marketing, release management, store, etc.).
