Reuters Imagen is a fast-growing company providing a cloud-native media asset management platform tailored to the sports industry. Our technology enables sports leagues, teams and organizations to manage, distribute, and monetize their media assets efficiently. As we scale, we are seeking a visionary senior product leader to help shape our product vision, product strategy, streamline our development processes, and drive innovation. This role will be based in London.

 

We are looking for a senior product leader with a strong technical background, strategic mindset and track record of driving innovation to lead the product vision and execution of our next generation platform. You will be instrumental in defining our roadmap, improving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring our product delivers value to our customers. We are looking for a product lead who will establish and maintain an effective operating rhythm, foster excellent communication practices, and maintain alignment across teams.

About the Role:

As our Director, Product Management, you will:

  • Define and execute product vision & strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

  • Establish and optimize a streamlined product development process to improve efficiency and execution.

  • Act as the key product leader, driving clarity and alignment across engineering, design, sales and business teams.

  • Develop and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing technical feasibility, market needs, and company goals.

  • Work closely with engineers and designers to translate high-level vision into well-scoped product requirements.

  • Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to gather insights, validate ideas, and refine features.

  • Champion data-driven decision-making, leveraging metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve the product.

  • Communicate effectively at all levels, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and informed.

 

About You:

To be our Director, Product Management, you will likely have:

  • Significant product management experience, with a focus on cloud-native platforms and/or media technology.

  • Strong technical background (CS degree, engineering experience, or deep familiarity with cloud infrastructure).

  • Experience in sports media, media asset management, or digital content workflows is a plus.

  • Proven ability to set a clear product vision and strategy while balancing execution and innovation.

  • Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience streamlining product operations.

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills—able to bring clarity and direction to a highly independent team.

  • Passion for sports and media technology is a plus.
